Summary of the services provided include: 

• Forensic/third party-assessments and management of chronic neuropathic and musculoskeletal pain, including but not limited to soft tissue , neck and low back pain.

• Prescription of active rehabilitation program.

• Recommendations of conservative and interventional procedures for treatment of chronic headache, joint pain, back and neck pain including but not limited to peripheral joint injections, trigger point injections, corticosteroid and Botulinum toxin injections.

• Evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, such as myofascial pain syndrome, whiplash-associated disorder, fibromyalgia, chronic headache and migraine, tendonitis, bursitis, epicondylitis, mechanical neck and back pain and facet-mediated syndromes.

• Third party-ordered evaluations and management of vocational disability with ergonomic and fitness advice.

• Pharmacological and non-pharmacological chronic pain management.

• Referrals are currently accepted for Physical Medicine and Pain Management Services forensic evaluations only.
